JUST DUCKY TOURS INC. - Your fully narrated, one-hour tour begins on land at Pittsburgh's historic Station Square, formerly known as the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad. You'll see Pittsburgh past and present, from Grant Street and historic Penn Station, to the Strip and Theater Districts. Along the way you'll pick up information that even many Pittsburghers don't know. Just when you think you've seen it all, get ready for the highlight of the tour as the Duck effortlessly leaves dry land and splashes down in the River for a fantastic view of the City and it's surroundings. Tours leave 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. The cost of the tour is $13 for adults, $12 for seniors and $9 for children (12 and under). GRAY LINE TROLLEY TOURS - Their informative and entertaining guides will show you why they are so enthusiastic about showcasing our city. It's a new Pittsburgh, now modern and upbeat, and you'll experience the excitement of seeing its many changing faces with Gray Line. Gray Line offers four city tours and an excursion to Frank Lloyd Wright's FALLINGWATER.

Tour #1 Historic Neighborhood Tour - Departs daily from the Marriott at 9:30 am. This two-hour tour begins with a ride on the historic Duquesne Incline to the top of Mt. Washington for a spectacular view of Pittsburgh's three rivers and Point State Park where the city of Pittsburgh all began in 1753. In 1753 a frontiersman named Christopher Gist led young George Washington to the land of the Three Rivers. Travel to old Allegheny City, now known as the North Side, to Manchester, Mexican War Streets, Millionaires Row and Calvary Church. Journey past the Carnegie Science Center, Three Rivers Stadium and the Andy Warhol Museum. Cost is $18 per adult and $9 for children 6-11 years.

Tour #2 Pittsburgh and its Rivers - Departs Monday - Saturday from the Marriott at 9:30 am. This 5-6 hour tour includes all of the attractions on tour No. 1 after which you will board the Gateway Clipper for a cruise on the waters of Pittsburgh rivers. The comfortable facilities aboard the vessel provide open air and enclosed decks. Please note that this tour concludes at Station Square and return transportation is not provided. Return to your downtown hotel easily via Pittsburgh's "T" light rail system. (Exit the "T" at the first stop, the Steel Plaza.) Cost is $26 per adult, $13 for children ages 6-11 years and $6 for children 3-5 years.

Tour #3 Cultural Neighborhood Tour - This two hour tour departs daily from the Marriott at 12:45 pm. Learn the development of Pittsburgh, from a fort in the wilderness to America's Most Livable City. This comprehensive tour includes a stop at the West End Overlook with its magnificent view of the Golden Triangle. The tour will cover downtown Pittsburgh, including Pittsburgh's own Crown Jewel, PPG Place and Oakland, the city's cultural center. A visit to the University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning and its Nationality Classrooms is one of the many highlights on this tour. Cost is $18 per adult and $9 for children 6-11 years.

Tour #4 Combination Tour - All of Tour #1 and Tour #3. Free time for lunch (not included) at Station Square. Adults save $4 (children save $2) on this combination 6 hour tour. Tour leaves the Marriott at 9:30 am. Cost is $30 per adult and $15 for children 6-11 years.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS

Nationality Classrooms, Heinz Memorial Chapel, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens - Experience the multi-ethnic complexion of Pittsburgh by touring the Nationality Classrooms located in the Cathedral of Learning of the University of Pittsburgh. This visit is virtually a mini-tour of up to 25 nations. Then stroll over to the Heinz Memorial Chapel. This chapel was a gift from the founder of H.J. Heinz and his children and is available to all faiths. It is one of the foremost modern examples of French Gothic architecture in the nation. Summer will be blooming at Phipps Conservatory. The thirteen-room Victorian glasshouse recently celebrated its centennial birthday and is one of the world's largest botanical gardens.

Clayton - Victorian Elegance - Travel back in time to the gilded Victorian Era of the late 1800's and delight in the beauty of "Clayton" built by steel industrialist Henry Clay Frick. Tour this magnificent estate, greenhouse, children's playhouse, carriage house and café all situated on six acres of land within the confines of Pittsburgh.

Andy Warhol Museum/Science Center - The Warhol, opened in 1994, is the home to the largest collection of private art by one artist in the world. Known for his Marilyn Monroe and Campbell Soup creations, you will also get a glimpse into the life of Andy Warhol, a native Pittsburgher, and his versatility. The Carnegie Science Center is the home of over 250 hands-on exhibits, Omnimax Theater, interactive planetarium, miniature railroad and WWII submarine.

Ethnic History as Seen Through Churches, Architectural Tour of Downtown and a Ride on the Incline - Tour churches that reflect a number of architectural styles, incredible windows some of which were designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany, marble altars, jazz vespers and contents that are a joy to see. Downtown buildings reflect architecture from the early 1800's to the present. Some interiors that may be toured are the Union Trust Building, Heinz Hall, Benedum, the new Public Theatre and Pennsylvania Station.
