Boojac Productions is a Pittsburgh-based touring theater company focused on vivid and reverent
portrayals of modern spiritual struggles.
Through innovative music, well-known & respected artists and performers, melodrama,
modern set design, and by precision choreography, Boojac presents the themes of recovery through full-scale plays,
vignettes, skits, and mentorship presentations to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Highly spiritual in character, each Boojac production is carefully selected to be accurate, compelling, and relevant
in a way that unites people by the artistic expression of common concerns.
Realizing that the African American community has developed more and more opportunity for the enjoyment of good
theater, and drawing upon the vast experience of the boutique Chitlin Circuit, Boojac seeks to present its message
of unity and common problems not only to this growing community, but also to the established theater audience.
