About This Site
| This site is designed to assist the "Official Emergency Stations [OES]" as appointed
under that American Radio Relay League's [ARRL] Amateur Radio Emergency Service [ARES]. The purpose of the site is to aid in the coordination of the Official Emergency Stations in Western Pennsylvania, to serve as a model for coordination of Official Emergency Stations throughout the country, and better to assist the country in the event of an disaster requiring emergency radio communications. The site is written, compiled, and maintained by Richard G. Johnson, AE3C. This site reflects a fervent belief in the full protection of intellectual property, and all site materials are posted with full permission from the respective authors.
