Telephone number: Activities Please describe, where applicable, your participation in the following: * Student or professional organizations that are related to the development, education, or advancement of Intellectual Property, identifying the length of participation and any offices held and describing the scope of the participation: * Participation in moot court competitions involving issues of Intellectual Property, identifying the competition, all Intellectual Property issues involved, and any individual or team awards received and placements: * Articles written on Intellectual Property issues submitted for publication in any medium, identifying the title and the topic of each article, when it was submitted, where it was submitted to, the publication medium involved (it is not necessary for the article to have actually been published, only submitted for publication), and the publication date, if any: * Clinical work the applicant participated in that involved issues of Intellectual Property, identifying the clinic, the time period of participation, the Intellectual Property issues addressed, and, where known, any results obtained from the applicant's contribution to resolving such issues: Transcripts of Intellectual Property Courses An official law school transcript containing the applicant's grades in all courses the applicant has taken in the law school's Intellectual Property elective course concentration must be sent by the applicant to the address given below by the application deadline, i.e., February 28, 2005. The transcript is to report the applicant's grades through the term ending in December 2004. Grades in at least three such courses are required to be eligible for an award.
